Our Story

Auburn Green River Valley Prospecting Club is dedicated to providing valuable information and resources on gold prospecting. Founded in 2014, our mission is to expand our membership base and foster a community of gold enthusiasts. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced prospector, we offer educational materials, local event organization, and a platform to share knowledge and experiences. After meeting with folks from a local chapter, you'll realize that gold prospecting is far from a dying past time.

Auburn GRV Prospecting Club is a local chapter of GPAA (Gold Prospectors Association of America), whose mission is to facilitate and promote responsible gold prospecting by providing it's members with access to exclusive claims, educational resources, equipment, and a supportive environment for sharing knowledge.  We strive to foster an inclusive community dedicated to the appreciation and preservation of our natural resources while allowing everyone the opportunity to experience the excitement of finding gold.
